Aannemer Maarssen processes the details you leave through this site, by telephone, by email or over WhatsApp. You can reach us on 06 40062896 and at info@aannemer-maarssen.nl. We work without a public business address: the work happens at your house.

Aannemer Maarssen is a trading name of Jongma Development, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 91401216 and established in Hoofddorp. Jongma Development is the data controller for the details received through this site. For questions about your details, or to exercise one of your rights, contact info@jongma.dev or +31 6 40062896.

The form on this site asks for the type of work, a budget bracket, when you would like to start, your postcode, your name and your telephone number. A short note is optional. We use those details for one purpose: to contact you about your request and to judge whether your plan and your budget meet. We do not use them for newsletters, we do not sell them, and we do not enrich them with data from other sources.

The legal basis is your own request for contact, and after that the preparation or performance of a contract.

When you click the telephone number or the WhatsApp button on this site, we record that a click happened, together with the page you were on and, if it was in the link, the campaign you arrived through. No name, no telephone number and no content of any conversation is recorded. We use that signal only to see which pages actually lead to contact.

This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no third party analytics package. Fonts are hosted on our own server and are not fetched from an outside party, so your IP address does not reach another company when you open a page. There is therefore no consent banner either.

A request sent through the form arrives in the system we use to track our enquiries. The hosting provider for this site and the supplier of that system process those details on our instructions and may not use them for their own purposes. No details go to parties outside the European Economic Area.

If you use WhatsApp to get in touch, that message travels through the WhatsApp service and their own terms apply in addition. Anyone who would rather avoid that calls or emails.

Requests that do not lead to a job are kept for twelve months, so that we know what we discussed if you call back later. Requests that do lead to a job are kept together with the job documents for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires that for the accounts. After that they are deleted.

You can ask what details we hold about you, have them corrected, have them deleted, or object to their use. Send a message to info@aannemer-maarssen.nl and you will have an answer within four weeks. If you disagree with how it is handled, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

If the way we handle details changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. Nothing is used retroactively in a way other than what this page said at the moment you left your details.
